To ensure a premium and efficient experience for all guests, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to your final service balance. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments; arrivals beyond this time will require rescheduling to maintain our schedule. Please note that no-show appointments will be restricted from future bookings. Additional services requested at the time of appointment are subject to availability, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of your service.
